I have run Norton scans, my spybot S&D and even downloaded malwarebytes that all except for Spybot found issues that I corrected or removed. I have searched around and for some answers and here is what I have done so far. I checked the task manager and can see it is eating up 100% CPU and of course just never loads but notice if I end the process the CPU usage goes back to normal.
